Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
Your privacy matters, especially when you are reaching out for help. This policy explains, in plain language, how JohnHelp handles your information.
1. Information you provide
When you search or chat, you may type things like what you need help with, your ZIP code, and details about your situation. We use this only to find and suggest relevant services and to respond to you in the moment.
2. We don't ask for sensitive identifiers
JohnHelp does not ask for your full legal name, Social Security number, immigration status, or financial account details. Please do not share that kind of information in your messages.
3. How your messages are used
To answer you, your search terms and chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. They are used to produce your results and are not used to publicly identify you.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not require an account to get help.
5. Cookies and analytics
JohnHelp aims to keep tracking to a minimum. Any data collected is used to keep the service working and to improve how helpful it is.
6. Children
JohnHelp is intended for adults seeking help. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your choices
You can use JohnHelp without creating an account, and you can choose what to share. To ask a question about your information, email hello@johnhelp.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
